The Litigation Counsel of America Diversity Summit will be held in Atlanta, Georgia on November 12, 2009 at the Four Seasons Hotel. The Summit is limited to fifty attendees that will be a combination of company representatives and lawyers. LCA Fellows are given space preference for the Summit. There is no attendance fee for the event.

The Summit has been subtitled "Beyond Candor", as speakers will explore real issues of race, national origin, religion, disability, gender and/or sexual orientation in a setting that will be conducive to attendee participation and open discussion. LCA Fellows and in-house counsel will speak at this one-day event, preceded on the evening of November 11 with a reception on the scenic terrace of the Atlanta Four Seasons. Fellows are encouraged to bring with them clients who may benefit from the provocative subject matter to be discussed.
