LCA'S CANCELLATION POLICY: The conference registration fee is fully refundable for cancellations received on or before Tuesday, September 5, 2017. Cancellations received between September 6 and September 26, 2017, will result in a refund, less a $95 processing fee. Due to the financial commitments made to the resort by the LCA, cancellations received on or after Wednesday, September 27, 2017, will be refunded at fifty (50%) of the total fee, or the total fee may be credited to a future LCA event. ST. REGIS BAL HARBOUR RESORT'S CANCELLATION POLICY: Please familiarize yourself with the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort’s Cancellation Policy as the LCA is not responsible for any cancellation fees or other hotel charges. When reservations are made, a deposit equal to the first night’s room rate plus tax is required. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made before 4:00 PM EST 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made after 4:00 PM EST 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Departure dates are reconfirmed at check in. An early departure fee will be assessed unless the hotel is provided notice of an earlier departure at check-in.
