Upon induction, Mr. Stockalper said “I am extremely honored to have been selected President of the Litigation Counsel of America for the upcoming year. The LCA represents the best elements of our profession, and being at the helm of an association of lawyers at the cutting edge of both law and society will be both challenging and exciting. As a Charter Fellow, I have watched the LCA grow in unprecedented fashion and I believe its aggressive approach of combining excellence, integrity and diversity is the reason. With those components as the basis for selection, the LCA will continue to be at the forefront in the quality of its Fellowship and its strength as a professional society. Expansion of practice development opportunities, which for me personally have allowed consistent professional growth even in this difficult business environment, will be high on my list of priorities, as will be adding to the number of practice institutes. I will also be encouraging our Fellows to associate with one of the five honorary trial orders, which allows one to be further acknowledged for his or her superior advocacy, experiences and prowess in trial and appellate courts.”

Mr. Stockalper is a Southern California native who grew up in San Diego and now resides with his wife and three children in Long Beach.
