WEBINAR SPEAKER PROPOSAL

Thank you for your interest in submitting a proposal for the Litigation Counsel of America’s Webinar Series. This page provides guidance as you plan to submit a webinar for consideration.

Time Commitment (in addition to presentation preparation)

Webinars are typically scheduled on Thursdays at 1PM EST and usually run 60-75 minutes, which includes an introduction, a 45-60 minute presentation, and 5-10 minutes to address participant questions.

We ask that webinar participants log onto the webinar platform approximately 20 minutes before the scheduled start time of their webinar so that we can check sound and answer final questions. This brings the full-time commitment on the day of the webinar to about 1.5 hours.

We also ask that all webinar participants participate in a brief practice session with the other speakers and LCA staff a few days before the webinar to familiarize yourself with the webinar platform and run through logistics. This session typically does not last more than 1 hour.

Marketing

The Litigation Counsel of America will publicize the webinar on the LCA website, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. Please help us increase awareness about your webinar by sharing with your network and your own social media contacts.

If you have any questions or would like to learn more about the LCA Webinar Series, please contact Beth Rich at Beth.Rich@nullLitcounsel.org or Jessica Sullivan Brannan at Jessica.Sullivan@nullLitcounsel.org.
