The conference registration fee is fully refundable for cancellations received on or before Tuesday, August 27, 2019. Cancellations received between Wednesday, August 28 and Tuesday, September 17 will result in a refund, less a $150 processing fee. Cancellations received between Wednesday, September 18 and Tuesday, October 8 will be refunded at fifty percent (50%) of the total fee, OR the total fee may be credited to a future LCA event. Due to the financial commitments made to the Resort by the LCA, cancellations received on or after Wednesday, October 9, 2019, will automatically be credited to a future LCA event.

Please familiarize yourself with Montage Palmetto Bluff’s Cancellation Policy as the LCA is not responsible for any cancellation fees or other resort charges. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card at time of booking. A deposit equal to one night’s room & tax required at time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. This deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of arrival. Any guest who checks out prior to their scheduled departure date as confirmed at check-in will be responsible for those nights room & tax charges.
