The conference registration fee is fully refundable for cancellations received on or before Tuesday, February 25, 2020. Cancellations received between Wednesday, February 26 and Tuesday, March 17 will result in a refund, less a $150 processing fee. Cancellations received between Wednesday, March 18 and Tuesday, March 31 will be refunded at fifty percent (50%) of the total fee, OR the total fee may be credited to a future LCA event. Due to the financial commitments made to the Resort by the LCA, cancellations received on or after Wednesday, April 1, 2020, will automatically be credited to a future LCA event.

Please familiarize yourself with The Breakers Cancellation Policy as the LCA is not responsible for any cancellation fees or other resort charges. A one-night room deposit (excluding tax) is required at time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable if a reservation is cancelled up to 14 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. This deposit is non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival. Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled arrival date and do not inform the hotel of their wish to change their stay dates will forfeit the advance deposit.
Registered guests are invited to attend the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, April 22 and the Celebration of Fellows Gala on Thursday, April 23.
