The LCA conference registration fee is fully refundable for cancellations received on or before Friday, July 10, 2026. Cancellations received between July 11, 2026 and August 7, 2026, will be refunded at fifty percent (50%) of the total fee, OR the total fee may be credited to a future LCA event. Due to the financial commitments made to the hotel by the LCA, cancellations received on or after Saturday, August 8, 2026, are non-refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time without charge.

Printed Conference Materials ($150)*

Due to the impact on the environment as well as the rising costs of printed materials, the LCA will be offering all of our conference materials online in 2026. If you would like to purchase printed materials, the cost of the conference book will be $150, which is what it costs us to print.
