2025 LCA Spring Retreat Attendee Registration

Registration for the conference does not include hotel accommodations. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations in the LCA room block at La Fonda on the Plaza. Please familiarize yourself with the hotel’s Cancellation Policy as the LCA is not responsible for any hotel cancellation fees or other resort charges. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card at time of booking. The LCA conference registration fee is partially refundable for cancellations received between Monday, February 24, 2025, through Monday, March 24, 2025, and will be refunded at fifty percent (50%) of the total fee, OR the total fee may be credited to a future LCA conference. Due to the financial commitments made to the hotel by the LCA, cancellations received on or after Tuesday, March 25, 2025, are non-refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time without charge.
