2015 Fall Conference & Celebration of Fellows

October 7-9, 2015
Charleston, South Carolina

The 2015 Fall Conference & Celebration of Fellows will be held October 7-9 at Belmond Charleston Place in Charleston, South Carolina. The conference is designed for Fellows of the Litigation Counsel of America to enhance their already superior trial skills, to address practical issues and topics challenging litigators in today’s changing legal environment, and to afford each individual the opportunity to hear from and interact with some of North America’s finest trial and appellate lawyers.

Participants will be provided with many of the necessary tools for continued success and expertise in trial techniques, evidence presentation, courtroom technology, case evaluations, marketing, as well as negotiations and alternative dispute resolution. New Fellows of the LCA will be formally inducted into the society during the black tie Celebration of Fellows Gala on Thursday, October 8. The conference will give Fellows the opportunity to network with other distinguished attorneys from across North America, earn CLE credit and enjoy the beauty and elegance of the Holy City.

Mixing a mild climate with Southern character, Charleston is a unique slice of American heaven.  Charleston is located in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, midway between Myrtle Beach and Hilton Head Island. It offers visitors beautiful beaches, salt marshes, quaint streets and fortified ports.

For the fourth year, the readers of Condé Nast Traveler have voted Charleston the #1 U.S. City. Known for rich history, well-preserved architecture, a celebrated restaurant community and mannerly people, the city also ranked #2 in the World by Condé Nast Traveler 2014 Readers’ Choice Awards.

Historic Downtown Charleston sits on a peninsula a stone’s throw from the Atlantic Ocean and is one of the best-preserved cities in the American South.
