2026 LCA Lyceum
Miami, Florida

The 2026 LCA Lyceum will be held on Friday, May 8, 2026, at the Miami office of Saul Ewing LLP, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This small round-table program brings together a select group of experienced litigators from across the country to exchange the practical strategies that have proven most effective in their own practices. The day will conclude with a cocktail reception, providing an excellent opportunity to network and continue discussions.
Participation is intentionally limited to ten speakers and ten contributors/observers to ensure meaningful dialogue and exchange of ideas. Contributors will participate in the discussion, but will not present a topic of their own.
You select your proposed topic with the only requirement being that it has to be something valuable you have divined about practices relating to law, whether trial advocacy and techniques, evidence presentation, courtroom technology, diversity, case evaluations, and legal ethics, ADR, virtually any idea that is so innovative you would pass it on to your most trusted friends in the legal community. There will be a lot of give and take, as well as discussion.
In addition to the substantive value of the discussions, participation provides a professional credential suitable for inclusion in your biography or CV (e.g., “Robert M. Jones, Strategies for Effective Direct Examination, Litigation Counsel of America, 2026 LCA Lyceum, Miami, Florida, May 8, 2026.”).
There is a $595 registration fee to attend (covering breakfast, lunch, staffing, and post-symposium cocktail party, and hors d’oeuvres networking opportunity).
CLE credit will be applied for once the final agenda of speakers has been established. The course is eligible for CLE credit, however, given different states’ requirements for CLE credit, the LCA Lyceum format may not be approved for CLE credit by all states.
