Danielle M. Corcione

Danielle Corcione is the Practice Group Leader of the Government & Corporate Investigations Group at CSG Law. Danielle is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and complex civil litigation. Danielle has extensive experience conducting internal investigations into allegations of sexual misconduct. She is sensitive to the complex issues faced by survivors of sexual assault and leads her investigations with independence and compassion. Danielle started her career in big law, served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey and as Senior Privacy Counsel at Avon Products Inc. Afsar Farman-Farmaian

Afsar Farman-Farmaian is a Managing Director, General Counsel, and Senior Compliance Officer of Varagon. Afsar joined Varagon from AIG Investments, where she had senior responsibility for the structuring, legal and regulatory aspects of alternative investment strategies. She previously held senior legal and investment roles at PineBridge Investments. She began her career at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP. She earned an A.B. degree from Princeton University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

 

 

Jamie L. Augustinsky, Moderator

Jamie L. Augustinsky is a Senior Associate Attorney with The Axelrod Firm, where she supports the Firm in representing corporations, non-profit organizations and governmental entities in employment, bodily injury and commercial litigation matters. She also counsels and trains employers on compliance with employment laws and other risk mitigation. Jamie is a graduate of Villanova University, where she majored in Communications and minored in Business, and graduated from Penn State Law. During law school, Jamie was a Comments Editor for the Arbitration Law Review, and was inducted into the Woolsack Honor Society for being in the top 15% of her class. Jamie serves as an Arbitrator with the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas Compulsory Arbitration Program. She is a member of the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms Labor and Employment Practice Area Committee, and has participated as a Mentee in the Forum of Executive Women’s Mentoring Program.
