The Cliff Walk, a 3.5-mile path running from Memorial Boulevard to Ocean Drive, includes breathtaking ocean vistas and glimpses of Newport mansions on Bellevue Avenue.

Or, if you would prefer to learn to sail, several individualized or group programs are readily available. For a different perspective, rent a kayak and explore the endless locations  on the Narragansett Bay 40 mile coastline.

There is never a shortage of activities ranging from art, film and dance to fishing, biking, sailing, vineyards, golf, beaches, state parks, scenic walks, and cruises. Make the most of your escape by indulging in shopping the one-of-a-kind boutiques or savor mouthwatering finds at a number of diverse restaurants. Come visit the City by the Sea.
