PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This presentation will cover the unique legal, equitable and evidentiary issues in cases involving requests for injunctive relief. Temporary Restraining Order hearings, preliminary injunction hearings and trials on requests for injunctive relief will be addressed. While restrictive covenant cases will provide the context for the issues discussed, the presentation will be helpful to anyone who represents clients in seeking or avoiding injunctions.

Benjamin Fink, shareholder, Berman Fink Van Horn, concentrates in business and employment litigation with emphasis on noncompete and trade secret disputes. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in all types of commercial disputes. Ben has handled cases in Georgia’s state and federal courts and state and federal courts in more than 15 states. Ben is a well-respected writer and lectures regularly. He was invited to attend the Inaugural Sedona Conference on Developing Best Practices for Trade Secret Issues. Today, he serves on a trade secrets Working Group and is Vice Chair, Trade Secret Law Committee, American Intellectual Property Law Association. He has held executive leadership positions with the Labor and Employment Section, Atlanta Bar Association, and Conexx: America Israel Business Connector. He is also involved with his university alumni organizations serving as President, Alumni Board of Emory Law School. Ben is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and Duke University.
