A limited number of discounted hotel rooms have been made available for this conference. In order to obtain the group rate, please contact the resort directly before September 13, 2024, at (800) 295-5281 and ask for the LCA Conference group rate. After September 13th, rooms will not be available at the LCA’s discounted rate. Please specify the 2024 LCA Conference & Celebration of Fellows to take advantage of the group rates.

Rates will be honored three (3) days pre-conference and three (3) days post-conference, based on availability at time of reservation. Rooms and rates on post-conference dates are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Making your reservation early is strongly suggested.  If room block capacity is reached on or before September 13, 2024, the LCA rate will not be guaranteed and may no longer be available. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of the reservation. Gratuity for bellmen, doormen, and others who render intermittent personal services are not included in the resort service charge.

Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00PM MST on arrival day and reserved until 12:00PM MST on departure day.
