2019 Fall Conference & Celebration of Fellows

October 23-25, 2019
Bluffton, South Carolina

The 2019 Fall Conference & Celebration of Fellows will be held October 23-25 at the Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina.  The conference is designed for Fellows of the Litigation Counsel of America to enhance their already superior trial skills, to address practical issues and topics challenging litigators in today’s changing legal environment, and to afford each individual the opportunity to hear from and interact with North America’s finest trial and appellate lawyers.

Participants will be provided with advanced tools for continued success and expertise in trial techniques, evidence presentation, courtroom technology, case evaluations and marketing, as well as negotiations and alternative dispute resolution. New Fellows of the LCA will be formally inducted into the society during the black tie Celebration of Fellows Gala on Thursday, October 24, 2019. The conference will also give Fellows the opportunity to network with other distinguished attorneys from across North America, earn CLE credit and enjoy the rich history and beauty of the Carolina Lowcountry.

Located just beyond Palmetto Bluff, Bluffton is a quaint, charming, coastal town whose name refers to its location atop a scenic bluff along the May River. Antebellum homes, historic churches and unique shops rest along the oak-lined streets of Bluffton’s downtown historic district, offering a taste of Lowcountry living. The feeling in town often referred to as “A Bluffton State of Mind” is apparent as you explore unique artisan shops, galleries, restaurants and boutiques.

Guests are invited to attend the Welcome Reception on Wednesday October 23 and the Celebration of Fellows Gala on Thursday, October 24. Guests must be registered to attend LCA events.
